As a visionary Growth Strategist, and Risk Manager, I bring over two decades of experience supporting professionals and driving success in the insurance industry. With accolades including the CIBGNY 2023 Insurance Professional of the Year, the PIA 2016 Insurance Professional of the Year, Distinguished Programs’ most valuable salesperson award, and seven Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) special service awards, my career is marked by a commitment to excellence and leadership. Serving as the Awards Chair and Immediate Past President of the Insurance Brokers Association of NY, I have been instrumental in shaping industry standards and policies. My multi-state licensing as a Property & Casualty Broker, along with certifications as an Insurance Counselor, Programs Leader, and in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace, underscore my expertise and dedication. I actively contribute to the National African American Insurance Association Advisory Committee and am a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. As President of The Da Bull Scholarship Foundation, I am passionate about mentoring the next generation of leaders and fostering educational opportunities.
