I’m a Chief of Staff and Strategic Operations leader who thrives in the gray areas—when stakes are high, structures are unclear, and forward motion matters most. I bring value to organizations by turning ambiguity into alignment and complexity into momentum. Whether I’m navigating executive transitions, leading AI enablement, or negotiating cost tradeoffs with a parent company, I act as both advisor and operator. I use data, process, and people intuition in equal parts—rolling up my sleeves to deliver, while ensuring the org scales smarter. I’ve led international go-to-market efforts, launched systems that save hundreds of hours per week, and helped leadership teams prioritize what actually moves the needle. I hold PMP and OKR certifications, but more importantly, I know how to turn a framework into something people can rally behind. I’ve been promoted every performance cycle at Hinge because I deliver results while building trust—and I believe that real transformation sticks when people feel seen, supported, and focused. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me surfing, scuba diving, or soaking up California sunshine with my family.
