    Motiv Inc. is a breakthrough wearable technology company that designed and developed in-house a Smart Ring that tracks physiological activities - exercise, sleep, heart rate etc.

    During my time at Motiv I performed demographic metric analysis over the data collected to study patterns in heart rates, sleep cycles, physical activities among the population.

    Some of the interesting trends that we observed where the cyclic nature of RHR that peaks over the weekends (ofcourse a reflection of the TGIF lifestyle). Also sleep times that were directly congruent to the work culture of areas - for example, the difference in the daily sleep routine of an working adult in the east coast vs west coast.
