Our work extends far beyond day-to-day projects—we help protect the U.S. defense industrial base from cyber threats, elevate the industry through leadership, and create real opportunities for long-term growth. I’m proud to help build teams that are making a measurable impact where it matters most.

Before joining Summit 7, I partnered with professionals to help them take the right next step in their careers—primarily placing Accounting & Finance talent within the GovCon space, while also supporting organizations across Biotech, Healthcare, Tech/SaaS, Non-Profit, Professional Services, and Manufacturing. My approach has always been relationship-first, centered on alignment, transparency, and long-term fit for both candidates and hiring leaders.

Prior to recruitment, I spent 10 years with PepsiCo as an Account Sales Manager, where I built a strong foundation in strategic growth, performance-driven results, and lasting partnerships. I hold a Social Science degree (Criminal Justice & Communications) from Campbellsville University and am a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer—reflecting my passion for wellness, discipline, and helping others perform at their best.
