Radha is recognized as a leading tech entrepreneur and a pioneer in the global software business. Previously, Radha started HP in India while running their $1.2B electronic software division. She was also the first woman of Asian origin to take a company public on NASDAQ (SupportSoft) and was recognized as the Top 25 Women of the Web 2000 by the third annual San Francisco Women on the Web (SFWoW) for this feat. She is founder of iMerit, a path-breaking provider of expert data for AI, built around inclusion and ethical data practices. In 2026, EXL, a $2.5 billion, NASDAQ-listed global data and AI company acquired iMerit. Radha joins EXL as Executive Vice President, Head of iMerit, and becomes a member of the company’s executive committee.

Over the years, Radha has played a foundational role in TiE, American India Foundation and other advocacy organizations for the global Indian diaspora. She has been a Professor of Frugal Innovation at Santa Clara University, a guest lecturer at LBS and MIT Sloan, and has won several global awards including United Nations GEM Tech, and Global Thinkers Forum Award.
Radha co-founded Anudip Foundation, one of India’s largest livelihood tech skills NGOs, and currently sits on the board of NetHope, Jhumki Basu Foundation, and Santa Clara Center for Science, Technology, and Society. Radha keynotes, speaks and lectures extensively on sovereign, responsible AI, and expert-led AI model in global forums guiding businesses and policymakers.
