I've spent the last decade leading large, global technical recruiting teams, previously at the company formerly known as "Facebook," and now at the SaaS wunderkind, Datadog. I'm inspired by athletes, coaches and the anatomy of high performing teams. I've learned more than I ever imagined working in tech, but everything I know about operational excellence, empathy, and humans, I learned in my very first job, working retail on the sales floor at Nordstrom Flagship Store #1 in Seattle -- an opportunity for which I'm eternally grateful.
