My journey started in engineering, drilling complex wells 3,000 meters below ground, where precision, pressure, and execution were non-negotiable. Since then, I’ve worked across five continents, earned an MBA from INSEAD, advised global leaders at McKinsey, and today, I help scale CoachHub, a category-defining digital coaching platform, where we’re on a mission to democratize coaching and pioneer innovation with AIMY, our AI-powered coach. 🤖 I’ve built a career at the intersection of strategy and action, in environments where stakes are high, ambiguity is constant, and results matter.
