As Vice President of Sales at Replicant, I am passionate about shaping the future of customer experience with AI. My mission is to help businesses improve their customer experiences, increase scale, and reduce costs through AI Agents. What motivates me most is helping people succeed. I believe the best leaders create clarity, confidence, and momentum for the teams and customers around them. I am motivated to share my personal experiences, industry best practices, failures, and successes for the greater good of organizational growth. I practice simple principles and thrive on what makes us better: honesty, willingness, humility, open-mindedness, service to others, and never giving up. Outside of work, my greatest titles are husband and dad. I also love continuing to challenge myself through athletic competition, especially when it creates an opportunity to give back and support great causes. Whether I am leading a sales team, partnering with customers, competing for charity, or spending time with my family, I am at my best when I am helping others grow, win, and see what is possible.
