As Recruitment Manager at Smart Working, I lead our sourcing, recruitment and delivery teams, with a focus on performance, capability development and consistently high standards across the recruitment lifecycle.

My role covers KPI and performance management, team engagement, coaching and development, recruitment operations, vendor management and recruitment technology. I work closely with the team to identify gaps, improve ways of working and ensure we have the right tools, processes and support in place to deliver effectively. Having conducted 400+ interviews and 150+ candidate preparation calls, I remain closely involved in candidate quality, assessments, interview readiness and client delivery. I also design and refine AI-enabled recruitment processes with a focus on improving efficiency whilst maintaining accuracy, fairness and human judgement.

What matters most to me is building capable, engaged teams, setting clear expectations, supporting people’s development and creating an environment where good performance is recognised and people have the opportunity to progress. At Smart Working, my focus is ultimately on bringing together people, performance and process to deliver a better experience for our teams, clients and candidates.
