With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in supporting adolescents, individuals, and families through evidence-based counseling approaches. As the founder of Sanare Counseling Group, a virtual group practice, I am passionate about making high-quality, accessible care available to clients across Maryland and beyond.

My background includes 14 years as a school counselor with Anne Arundel County Public Schools and extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I hold dual master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology and Education, and I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), and National Certified School Counselor (NCSC).

I’m deeply committed to clinical excellence, mentorship, and expanding access to care. Whether I’m supervising new clinicians or creating programs that support growth and healing, my focus remains on helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
