I joined the team in the summer of 2014 to lead design our web and mobile products. Shortly after, our team did a 3 month engagement with Pivotal Labs to increase our velocity and integrate agile development concepts to our team. We did thorough user testing and came out of the experience with a world class product vision, process, and roadmap.

I co-founded ishBowl in 2011 with two others. The company was seed funded by an ex-facebook engineer and sought to consolidate and showcase action sports video content. As the sole designer I developed the brand and product vision. Other roles included business development, recruiting, and marketing.

In 2012, with the top brands and athletes in the sport on board, we closed our first big advertising partnership with Nike. With one lead developer (now at Amazon) I took on the roll as front end developer. Working with PHP, less, and backbone.js I picked up the necessary competency to translate my design to production level code.
