Head of People

I help leaders navigate complexity and change by getting to the heart of what drives growth for themselves, their teams and their business.
With over 15+ years in HR and organization development, I’ve worked alongside CEOs, COOs, and founders to scale companies, guide teams through M&A, lead culture change, and support people through times of transformation. I’ve built and led People functions, coached senior executives, and designed talent strategies that work and scale in fast-moving environments.
Today, I focus on building resilient teams that navigate and thrive during disruptions caused by technology and economic uncertainty. I work with leaders to build their leadership capacity through thoughtful design of human capital. My leadership style is one that is grounded, clear, and transparent. And my approach to my work is evidence-based, forward-looking, and built on trust.
I believe leaders need space to reflect and to be challenged. My role is to walk with them through that process with curiosity, presence, and deep respect for their capacity to change.
