    As part of Global Implementation Team and in my role as Project Manager I had been managing complexes implementations around Flextronics Sites with emphases to:

    - Flextronics Medical MX/US: 1.5 M USD project, 30 dedicated resources. A new acquisition where our main challenges were to implement the foundation application including the ERP BaanV, Oracle Agile 9.2. The number of development hours spent to design new features into the ERP was around 7,000 hs. The duration of the project was around 10 months and involved three different physical places, Tijuana MX, San Diego CA and Asheville SC. The direct team was composed by 30 people, and indirect folks composed for more than 150 people.
