With over two decades of web development, architecture, project management, and digital transformation experience, I am the VP of Product Engineering at Counterpart Health. In 2018, Clover Health set out to do something unprecedented: build a clinically intuitive, AI-enabled solution that fits within physicians' workflows to help support the earlier diagnosis and management of chronic conditions. Years later, that vision is a reality, with thousands of practitioners using Counterpart Assistant during patient visits to improve disease management, reduce medical expenses, and drive success in value-based care. In my previous roles, I have successfully managed a $50M+ IT operational budget and talent management of 220+ employees and contractors and helped a pre-series A company scale its engineering teams and processes. I enjoy learning about new technologies and applying them to solve real-world problems in healthcare, e-commerce, and other service areas. When I am not in the office, I like to travel, explore different cultures, and play music.
