I built and now manage 3 pods within Financial products engineering, namely, Customer Savings (which focuses on getting customers to better realise savings through Motive Card), Fraud Mitigation (focuses on identifying transaction fraud leveraging telematics data) and Engineering Platform (that focuses on Reliability, Quality and Developer Productivity themes).

Handled Tech from scratch which involved building android, iOS (via a freelancer), backend, in-house developed CRM tools, Analytics, Wishbot (an automated chatbot on FB) and more.

Hired and scaled the team upto 6 members which mostly involved interns who converted to full-time later.

I was also involved in design choices, product decisions and business calls.

Built P(GoodClick) Prediction models for UK, DE, FR and SEA markets of BingAds. GoodClick are when the user spends substantial amount of time in the ad.
Tuned the complexity of ML models to suit their corresponding markets.

Worked on porting modules related to Click Prediction from C to C++.

Organised an intra-office sports event involving about 50 participants with 3-4 colleagues.

Started an office football team and participated in corporate tournaments. We once lost 7-0 to a finance company but at least we played.
