For the last 25 years, my job has been to own growth outcomes inside technology companies and to build the systems that make growth repeatable and profitable. I don’t separate brand, growth and profitability. When leadership and execution are strong, all three show up together.
I approach growth as a business discipline. That means clear ownership, hard tradeoffs and a constant focus on what actually moves the business. Brand is built through relevance and consistency. Growth comes from focus and execution. Profitability is how I know the system is working.
I am deeply hands on with technology, data and AI. Not as experiments or buzzwords, but as operating tools. They shape how decisions get made, how resources get allocated and how teams stay accountable as the company scales.
This way of working has shaped my leadership at Thumbtack, Udemy, eBay and Expedia. Teams succeed when expectations are clear, decisions are grounded in reality and results are owned.
