My purpose is making differences in the business environment by empowering people and building and strengthening healthy organizational cultures. Most of my experience is gained in a fast growth and rapidly changing organizations. I have the confidence that no business transformation is possible without people and leaders equally transform and grow – and this is how an orgasational culture can become a key differentiator for the business and its performance. My calling is to build programmes that enable and inspire people to bring their best to and from work – daily.
