Kasa is a global hotel accommodations brand that offers technology enabled attractively priced accommodations across a diverse set of locations.
I have over 25 years of commercial real estate experience which includes acquisitions and dispositions, financing, construction, joint venture formation, development, leasing, structuring of entities for investment, and cross border commercial transactions. My passion is hospitality, having represented hotel owners and developers in connection with hotel projects in the United States and the Middle East.
Over the course of my career, I have worked with top-tier international law firms such as DLA Piper LLP, Quarles & Brady, Squire Patton Boggs and WilmerHale. I am also the Founder and President of Noor Consulting, a real estate consulting firm that offers legal services to owners and developers of commercial real estate
