    Built the product organisation from the ground up, growing to 30+ FTE across Product, Research, Design and Marketing, and took the product from its original core offering to a scaling private bank with a full wealth management product suite. Expanded into core banking, stablecoins, card issuing and payments, USD/EUR rails, stock & ETF trading, Bitcoin-backed lending and a Bitcoin-denominated credit fund, taking the product into 100+ markets globally.
