I support the Global Product & Engineering organization at Neo4j, and I truly love working alongside engineers, product leaders, and technologists who care deeply about what they build and how they build it. I am passionate about startups, strong cultures, and the ongoing challenge of scaling teams without losing the magic that made them great in the first place.

I am energized by fast-moving, high-tech environments and the constant learning that comes with them. I love getting close to the work understanding how teams collaborate, iterate, and ship and helping create the conditions where people can focus, grow, and do work they are genuinely proud of.
