I was part of a Stellar team at the Santander Private Banking Office in my native city, Guadalajara Mexico. We would actively manage the investment portfolio of high net worth accounts for private clients. A normal day for me would be filled with a lot of market research, company analysis and capital allocation suggestions. With this role I realized how much I love to understand relationships in the world and see the outcome they produce. I also understood a lot of how the internal workings of a global financial institution operate to optimize for a target result. The lesson that stood to me most after working with successful industry leaders is how trust is everything.

My main job was to plan our strategic expansion through the region, so, basically make a road map of which cities to launch in what order.
