Went from DJ’ing 3 nights a week and with big aspirations of becoming a music biz A&R mogul to disrupting the recruitment agency model.
This is a tale of a series of frustrating and disappointing encounters with traditional recruitment agencies (as a candidate) that would lead me down a different path. A path that involved re-engineering and rebooting an industry model that desperately needed modernising.
In 2005, Recruitment Revolution burst onto the market with a game-changing new concept - a lean, agile, tech-driven online agency that retained its human characteristics, focusing on a high-value service not sales, and ultimately making agency hiring less expensive for growing and scaling companies. (The corporates then followed).
No more pushy sales or selling candidates and jobs. Instead, we facilitate a more organic way to help build the relationships that make great hires possible.
We’re more like a dating agency - making matches that lead not only to fireworks at first impressions, but to strong partnerships and long-lasting commitments.
