I am a people first leader, and that belief sits at the core of my passion for Human Resources. Over the last 14+ years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across diverse organizations and wear multiple hats within Business Operations and HR spanning Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Workforce Planning, Resource Management, Training & Development, Leadership Development, Career Design, Competency Frameworks, and Organization Development. In my current role as an Senior Manager HR Heading the HR, I collaborate with a highly capable and driven team in India, all aligned with a shared purpose of enabling business growth through people. Our focus goes beyond filling roles we hire for culture, values, and long-term potential. We ensure every individual we onboard understands not just what they do, but why they do it, fostering an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are respected, heard, and valued. I am certified in HR Analytics and Digital HR from IIM Indore and strongly believe that learning is a lifelong commitment. Continuous growth both personal and professional drives my approach to work. My personal motto remains simple yet powerful: Learn. Unlearn. Relearn.
