Andy Kitzmiller

As President and Chief Executive Officer of Meridian Bioscience, I have the privilege of leading a global organization with 800 employees dedicated to advancing diagnostic and life science solutions that improve health and well-being around the world. Since joining Meridian Bioscience in February 2022, I’ve had the opportunity to help align our operational and financial strategies, strengthen execution, and define the four strategic pillars that continue to guide our long-term value creation plan. Prior to my current role, I served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, partnering closely with teams across Meridian Bioscience, its shareholders, investors and affiliates – including SD Biosensor, SJL Partners, and Bionote – to drive growth, integration, and innovation. My approach to leadership is grounded in collaboration, transparency, and disciplined execution. I believe deeply in the power of cross-functional teamwork and the importance of connecting strategic vision to meaningful outcomes for employees, customers, and shareholders alike. Earlier in my career, I held senior finance and operational leadership roles at Hillenbrand, Milacron, and GE Aviation (now GE Aerospace), and began my professional journey in Deloitte’s audit practice in Cincinnati, Ohio. Across each role, I’ve remained passionate about developing teams, delivering sustainable results, and building global organizations that thrive through both performance and purpose.
