Most companies know they're underleveraging their customers. They just don't know where to start.
That's the problem I've spent my career solving.
I'm a customer marketing leader with 13+ years in B2B SaaS — most of it at Cvent, where I built and led global teams across customer retention, demand generation, ABM, lifecycle marketing, and integrated campaigns. I've also done this work at SurveyMonkey, where I came in to build a customer marketing function from the ground up across five areas in nine months. Now, I am at Runpod solving the same problems and building programs with one thing in mind: happy, loyal customers.
Here's what I've learned: companies that struggle with customer marketing almost always have the same problem underneath. No shared customer journey. Programs built in silos. Teams working hard but pulling in different directions. Customers getting 12 messages from 12 teams, none of them connected. The go-to-market motion breaks down — not because of bad people, but because of a missing foundation.
The fix isn't more programs. It's the foundation.
At both Cvent and SurveyMonkey, I built that foundation — customer journey mapping with full cross-functional alignment, customer proof engines that enabled sales and CS to self-serve, advocacy programs built around what customers actually want, and AI-assisted content workflows that took video production from one per quarter to five in a month. I've driven pipeline growth through ABM and demand gen, managed lifecycle marketing programs at scale, and partnered with revenue and go-to-market teams to turn customer relationships into expansion revenue.
I lead global teams (US, Europe, India) and I've done this work at every stage — from scrappy builds with a little to no budget and no playbook, to owning large campaigns budgets with C-suite stakeholders.
A few things I'm known for: making complex strategies feel simple, building programs people actually use, and leading teams in a way that makes people want to show up.
If you're a B2B SaaS company struggling to get more from your existing customers, I'd love to hear what's going on. Send me a DM.
