This helped us process millions of dollars in revenue with minimal manual intervention. I also lead our devops team and oversaw and implemented complex infrastructure projects, including a transition to containerized hosting.

Bonobos is the largest apparel brand ever built on the web in the United States. I was responsible for all software development and DevOps. I built our team to 14 engineers and set them up in rotating agile teams focused on delivering one project at a time. I worked closely with product management to define and execute our product roadmap. Bonobos.com runs on Solidus, the open-source eCommerce framework that we co-created together with Stembolt and of which I was a core team member.

Bloggers use Wunderstore to create a beautiful storefront with their favorite products, allowing them to earn affiliate fees. We recruited top bloggers in multiple verticals to test our concept. I wrote all code on the site, including a beautiful, fully-responsive storefront as well as extensive editing and administrative tools. I devised and created a custom multi-armed bandit testing framework that allowed us to efficiently test nine completely different blog embeds with even more variations.

We built a full-time team of eight. I hired, tutored and managed our engineering team. I ran project management using agile sprints. I worked closely with product management and design to define the scope of the site. We implemented a stable, functional, beautiful site that our users loved.

I taught a homework help class for 40 primary school children, covering topics ranging from math to Ecuadorian history; I relaunched CENIT's website, its most important instrument of international fundraising and volunteer recruitment; I selected a new technical platform, analyzed and updated its content and added a Spanish translation; I raised 10,000 Euro in 2008 and 7,500 Euro in 2009.
