AI is changing how work gets done. Most companies are focused on the tools. Few are asking what it means for their people, their org structure, and how they lead.
That gap is where I've always worked, it just looks different now. Over a decade as Head of People, then as COO, inside SaaS and tech companies that were figuring out how to scale without falling apart. I understand how organisations work from the inside: how decisions actually get made, where accountability disappears, why good people stop delivering. And I know what it takes to fix it - not in theory, but in practice.
My focus: people operations, organisational design, and what AI transformation actually requires from the people and structures around it.
