That is why I focus on understanding the real requirement, the technical expectations, the urgency, the team environment, and the kind of person who can actually succeed in the role. I work across C2C, W2, and C2H requirements, collaborating with clients, vendors, consultants, and candidates with clear communication, honesty, and consistency. It is about building relationships where people remember you because you were genuine, responsive, and focused on quality. Alongside IT staffing, I have a strong interest in technology. I enjoy building scalable web applications and exploring how AI can simplify workflows, improve processes, and solve real problems. This helps me understand technology roles beyond keywords and connect better with both clients and candidates. I also work as a Chemistry and Tech Educator, where I teach students how to think, build, and apply knowledge in real life. Teaching keeps me curious, patient, and always learning.
