I've dedicated most of my adult life to trying to make a difference in the world. I built and run The Outreach Team, the national engine of campaigners and organizers powering the progressive movement. In 2017 we were a company of two people; by January 2024, we were a multi-million dollar business with thousands of employees in 25 states. Some of my favorite victories include: *Winning elections in Arizona, California, Georgia, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oregon, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Wisconsin *Qualifying progressive statewide and municipal ballot initiatives *Consistently doing the highest quality voter registration work in the nation (confirmed by data!)
