    Researched, planned, implemented, and evaluated a sexual assault program. The program focused on bystander intervention among college students on SIUE's campus. With the collaboration of group members, we researched best practices and conducted a needs assessment. After prioritizing our needs, we used the precede-proceed model to determine the cause of little bystander intervention. Using the social-ecological model and social cognitive theory, we created a multi-media program tailored specifically to SIUE students. The entire program is attached.
