I build AI-enabled product platforms in regulated, mission-critical industries where the cost of hallucinations, bias, or policy violations is measured in human outcomes, not bug tickets. Over the last five years at LabCorp Endpoint Clinical, I owned product strategy and $400M+ P&L for a multi-sided cloud platform managing 1,000+ concurrent clinical trials globally. I shipped Elosity, a hybrid cloud platform with a multi-agent AI system deployed across four business functions: supply chain operations, trial design, patient care, and regulatory oversight. It serves 9 of the top 25 global pharmaceutical companies, including the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine trial that reached 1B+ people. The technical work is table stakes. The harder work sits on either side of it: translating tacit expertise from domain specialists into reliable agent behaviors, and earning trust from the business users who have to act on the output. What I do best:- AI Strategy & Deployment. Identifying, prioritizing, and shipping AI use cases across business functions.- Multi-Agent Systems. Agent orchestration, tool use, multi-step reasoning, and evaluation.- Responsible AI & Governance. Building trust frameworks for AI in regulated environments: transparency, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop for regulated decisions.- Enterprise Adoption. Driving adoption across functions I don't own, through repeatable playbooks and change management at scale. Outside of work, I'm a Liverpool FC supporter. I spent my undergrad years chasing geopolitical stories, from studying Turkish foreign policy during the Arab Spring to field research on regional security in Ecuador. Those experiences taught me to navigate complexity and make decisions in high-stakes, ambiguous environments.
