Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

I bring 5+ years of brand management and marketing experience across Heineken, Adidas, and Leo Burnett, with a focus on translating consumer insight into campaigns that drive measurable business results.
At Heineken, I led full-funnel brand initiatives across both on-trade and off-trade channels, contributing to 6% YoY revenue growth and 15% market share growth. I managed €1M+ annual budgets, delivered 17% media overachievement, and supported six product launches with consistent positioning across retail, digital, and experiential touchpoints.
My experience spans campaign development, trade marketing, retail activation, and multi-market execution. I’ve led 30+ consumer and trade activations across Europe, working cross-functionally with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns.
I began my career on the agency side at Leo Burnett, where I built a strong foundation in cross-functional collaboration, briefing, and campaign execution, before moving in-house to focus on brand ownership and business outcomes.
Since relocating to Canada, I’ve worked closely with leadership teams, contributing to brand positioning, content strategy, and executive communications, gaining visibility into how marketing decisions are made at the business level.
I’m currently focused on opportunities where I can contribute to brand growth in CPG, food & beverage, and retail-driven environments.
