As a leader, I’m passionate about developing a culture of trust, support, and challenge. Creating an environment focused on engineering excellence that drives positive outcomes for the business, customer, and employee.
For over two decades, I’ve devoted my career to enterprise application and service development. I was part of the team that led Liberty Mutual’s e-commerce charge, building out their main online insurance product set.
Since then, my focus has been on building high-performing engineering teams whose customer-centric practices deliver massive business impact. Key to this has been an active collaboration with cross-functional leadership to foster a growth mindset that encourages our teams to make game-changing choices.
Why did I join G-P?
In my past roles, I was unable to hire the right people for my open roles simply because they lived in the wrong places. This left me frustrated that I could not unlock opportunities for these talented individuals.
Given that, G-Ps mission drew me in: To break down barriers to global business and enable opportunities for everyone, everywhere.
This is a commitment we call Global Made Possible.
Today, I’m happy to say that my teams and I are advancing our SaaS-based platform which breaks down these barriers. We adopt modern cloud product development using sustainable approaches and practices guided by Serverless-First and the Well-Architected Framework.
