I currently serve as an Engineering Lead for B2C Applications, driving digital transformation and building scalable, consumer-centric platforms in the healthcare space. In this role, I lead B2C Consumer Engineering, owning the architecture and delivery of large-scale Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud platforms supporting 100+ brand sites. My focus is on creating unified, high-performance digital ecosystems that not only scale efficiently but also simplify the care journey experience, making it easier for consumers to find, access, and engage with healthcare services. I have led key initiatives that delivered measurable impact, including: • Server-Side Rendering (SSR) implementation resulting in ~60% reduction in soft 404 issues • Technical SEO transformations improving search visibility, indexing, and overall site health • Development of reusable multi-tenant platform architectures accelerating onboarding of new sites • Standardization of shared components and services enabling faster, consistent delivery I actively integrate AI-driven solutions into digital platforms, including: • Designing and integrating AI powered intelligent chatbots to guide users, answer queries, and streamline the care journey experience • Leveraging AI to improve content discoverability and deliver more intuitive, user-centered digital experiences My approach combines platform engineering excellence with a strong focus on business and consumer outcomes, working closely with marketing, product, SEO, and engineering teams to deliver solutions that create real impact.
