Delivering results collaboratively and engaging colleagues within my organization to bring an excellent client service to both job seekers and ComPsych. I enjoy relationship and trust building to foster career development in the candidates and enhance partner organizations’ staffing development plans so they can flourish and grow in the direction that they aspire to. I value education, mentoring and empathy in the workplace to bring positive energy to my team’s environment. Other achievements that have proven pivotal to my career trajectory: 1. Moving into a leadership position on my team I have branched into challenges for direct hires supervisory and technical for corporate level recruiting. I like to see candidates succeed and derive great satisfaction from knowing I have contributed to their success and our valued clients are satisfied with the deliverables I promise. 2. Completion of Barb Bruno’s Direct Hire Recruiting Tutor and Good as Gold sales training. This has helped me grow as a professional in the direction that I need and I’ve also participating in 2 cycles of the ASA (American Staffing Association) Mentoring Program as a Mentor. Where I was able to provide support and guidance to 2 new recruiters. I am energized by opportunities to work with teams that are highly collaborative. I enjoy working with my immediate team as well as with teams in outside organizations. I seek leadership roles because I’m passionate about business results in tandem with the growth and development of others. Going forward, I would like to continue in a leadership position. I am especially interested roles where I can develop new talent management relationships and develop recruiters though the mentorship relationship.I also have a passion for the outdoors, the natural environment and use some of my personal time to go on extended bike rides on local nature trails with my husband. I love yoga and am an ardent hiker and jogger. I also have a backyard apple tree and do seasonal canning of my own organic apple sauce and pie filling something that I look forward to every year.
