In Shiprocket as a Program Manager, I am responsible for Courier Onboarding, System Integration, API Integration, Status Code Mapping / remapping for all 50+ B2B/B2C/Heavy/Samsung verticals courier partners. I am individually responsible at organizational level for identifying and resolving sync issues and each and every Status code related task done to track status code or location of 15 million monthly shipments parceled via Shiprocket by lacs of sellers.I have also finalized SOP’s with all courier partners for all accounts (100+) separately at the time of courier onboarding and commercial finalization. I am also individually responsible for New Status Code Mapping, Remapping or sync issues related to Status Code Mapping done to track status / stage or location of shipments. I have the responsibility of handling all First Mile, Last Mile and Linehaul Projects from Operations side.
Planned operations launch and expansion of Hyperlocal delivery model “drop at stores” (ADM) pertaining to Last mile express shipments in 135 major cities. It was launched after extensive market research followed by supply & demand planning, cost analysis, capacity, manpower planning & data analytics activities, which reduced the cost of the Last-mile cost of the organization by 35%
Introducing and implementing game-changing ideas like DPC shift planning, return shipment tracking into present Supply-chain network and processes to increase the productivity and boost the bottom-line.
Conceptualizing and implementing unique projects to drive cost efficiency, productivity improvement and service level.
Hands on experience in E-commerce logistics FM & LM operations, Hyperlocal Delivery (HLD), logistics (B2B and B2C), reverse logistics, supply chain management process.
Helped in the launch and setting up of Pickup & processing center, line haul Hub for movement of goods in Chandigarh & Ludhiana
