I am an enthusiastic and growth-oriented professional with a background in Human Resources and Data Analytics. As a recent graduate, I have developed a strong foundation in talent acquisition, business development, operations, and data-driven decision-making through hands-on experience and active leadership roles. During my academic journey, I actively participated in numerous events and served as the Events Head of the Student Development Council, where I successfully planned and executed multiple intercollegiate and intracollegiate events. These experiences strengthened my leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills. Professionally, I have gained experience in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles. My responsibilities included drafting job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and successfully closing positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience. In addition, I have worked in Business Development and Operations, where I contributed to lead generation, outreach campaigns, lead analysis, client engagement, business operations, cash flow management, proforma invoice creation, and pitch deck preparation. These experiences gave me valuable exposure to how businesses grow, build client relationships, and optimize operations. I am passionate about scaling businesses, solving challenges, and leveraging both people-centric and analytical approaches to drive meaningful results. I continuously seek opportunities to learn, contribute, and apply my experiences across HR, business strategy, operations, and analytics to create impact and support organizational growth.
