I love taking big ideas and figuring out how to make them real.
As Vice President of Product Management at ExtensisHR, I spend my days helping shape the future of HR technology, but the truth is my favorite part of the job has never been the technology itself—it's the people, the ideas, and the journey of building something meaningful together.
Over the years, I've become the person people tend to call when they have an idea that's exciting, complicated, half-baked, or seemingly impossible. I genuinely love taking a concept, bringing the right people together, creating a plan, and turning it into something that delivers real results. Whether it's a new product, a business initiative, an AI strategy, a market opportunity, or a completely new way of solving an old problem, I get energized by helping ideas go from "Wouldn't it be cool if..." to "Look what we built."
I'm a builder at heart. I build products, teams, partnerships, roadmaps, strategies, and sometimes a little organized chaos along the way.
While product strategy is what I do professionally, team building is what I'm most passionate about. Creating an environment where people feel empowered, challenged, supported, and excited to show up every day is something I care deeply about. Some of my proudest accomplishments aren't products or projects—they're the talented people I've had the opportunity to mentor, develop, and watch grow into incredible leaders.
I believe work can be serious without taking ourselves too seriously. I ask a lot of questions, laugh often, challenge assumptions, and genuinely enjoy solving hard problems with smart people. The best ideas usually come from collaborative conversations, healthy debate, and teams that trust each other enough to be honest.
When I'm at my best, I'm helping connect the dots between vision and execution—bringing people together around a common goal, creating clarity where there's ambiguity, and making sure great ideas don't stay stuck on a whiteboard.
At the end of the day, I'm most fulfilled when I'm building something that matters, helping people grow, and having a little fun along the way.
Because life is too short for boring work, disconnected teams, and great ideas that never get off the ground.
