I am an MBA student with a strong interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition.

Currently, I am working as an HR Intern at Job Class, where I am gaining practical experience in the recruitment process. My responsibilities include candidate sourcing, resume screening, initial screening calls, understanding Job Descriptions (JDs), candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment data.

Through this internship, I am developing practical skills in candidate communication, recruitment, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. I am also learning how to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates according to the role.

I am continuously improving my communication, recruitment, and professional skills.
