• Currently working as Talent Acquisition Professional at AlgoSec. I am handling end to end recruitment, taking HR interviews and scheduling interviews with the stakeholders.
• Conduct phone interviews with prospective candidates and made sure to drive the hiring program as per the plan, structure, schedule, hierarchy, and relevance of the job to the organization.
• Source candidates by making the search plan and identifying the suitable candidates by mapping the target organizations, calling candidates from existing database, references & network, LinkedIn.
• Assess the candidates and helping them in understanding about the profile, company & role in detail.
• I handled end to end recruitment process for clients in various IT product companies ranging from start-ups to established companies including HFT's.
• Maintain relationship with the clients and engaged with them for hiring the correct manpower as per the job role and also identify future hiring needs.
