Jeff Dance

Jeff Dance, is the founder & CEO of Fresh Consulting, an innovation & engineering services firm designed to help you grow and stay relevant. We design and build products, systems, robots, teams, and experiences that accelerate client roadmaps. Fresh is 18 years old, has 4 offices and employs ~300 people, primarily innovation and AI strategists, UX designers, software developers, roboticists and mechanical, electrical, and system engineers. Fresh was ranked as one of Seattle Business Magazine’s top 100 places to work for 3 years and has been in the PSBJ top 100 fastest growing companies in Washington state for several years. Prior to Fresh, Jeff worked as a Strategy & Operations Consultant with Deloitte Consulting, where he worked for companies like Apple Computer. Jeff is a paid and voluntary speaker on Innovation, AI & Technology Trends, and Design Thinking with dozens of organizations. Outside of work, Jeff is family focused father of 4 kids, level 3 AASI snowboard instructor (after teaching seasonally for 10 years), wake-surfer, wakeboarder, mountain biker, mountain climber, and trail runner.
