Founder of StartNew Technologies and creator of the START Canada initiative, a B2C2B SaaS platform designed to improve employment outcomes for students, newcomers, career seekers, educational institutions, and employers. With nearly 30 years of experience in IT consulting, project and program management, and technology leadership, I bring a practical understanding of how technology, education, and workforce needs intersect.
In 2015, I founded Poludo Institute of Technology and Media, which was later acquired by Global University Systems and became part of what is now the Canadian College of Technology and Business. Today, through StartNew Technologies, I am building solutions that help individuals assess their Employability Score, help colleges and universities monitor student engagement and career-readiness progress, and help organizations make better skill-fit-based employee allocation decisions.
