Architect and Design Team Manager with experience across architecture, interior design, furniture design, and hospitality-focused projects.

At Funkit Interiors, I coordinate our growing design team while leading exterior design projects and collaborating closely with interior design, graphic design, and strategy teams. My role combines project organization, team development, recruitment and onboarding support, and the creation of processes that help our team work effectively and consistently.

I am particularly interested in how design shapes experiences, especially within short-term rentals and hospitality projects, where storytelling, functionality, and guest experience come together.

This year, I am beginning a master's in human resources to deepen my understanding of leadership, team dynamics, and organizational growth.
