Veris plc A Leading Property Facilites Management Company in Ireland
Jan 2004 - Dec 2013 (10 years)
Veris plc (now Aramark Property) was a leading property asset management company in Ireland, with the largest market share in the residential block management industry at the time; it was established in 2004 by Niall McFadden, backed by a small group of mostly UK-based institutional shareholders. The business was created by the merger of Irish Life's Irish Estates Management Limited and Vector Facilities Management Limited, both of which were leaders in their sectors in the country at the time. The business doubled in size from 2005 to 2010 before being sold to Aramark for €55m.
