Most building software tells you what's wrong. Parity switches HVAC systems to autopilot.
I'm the co-founder and CEO. We automatically run and optimize HVAC systems across 100 million SQFT of multifamily buildings and hotels, and guarantee the savings.
The rest of the industry sells a copilot: software that flags a problem and leaves someone on-site to act on it. That model was built for commercial real estate, where every building can afford to have a full facilities team.
Multifamily and hotels don't run that way. One or two people look after an entire building. There's no team to action a dashboard, and on multifamily's thinner operating budgets, software plus the staff to run it was never economical. So the OEMs and software vendors skipped it.
Parity is the autopilot. We do the work that a building doesn't have the staff to do. We sell the outcome, not the software. No new hardware, no BMS required.
The outcome is a number we put in writing. At 252 East 57th Street: $165,917 in year-one savings against a $90,156 guarantee, paid back in ten months. On average, we deliver 158% of what we guarantee, while cutting energy costs by 20–30%.
It started with my own condo fees. I couldn't work out why they kept climbing, and the trail led to HVAC: the biggest energy load in most buildings, and the least managed.
Owners like AvalonBay and FirstService Residential run on Parity. 97% stay, and the majority expand.
Reactive HVAC is finished. The buildings that win run themselves. See how at paritygo.com
