在 OneSky 的海外招聘经历让我把热爱变成了实战：以英语为主要工作语言，负责三大业务线的全球招聘，筛选过 1800+ 份简历，触达 14 个国家 370+ 位候选人，推动 130+ 人入职；还独立开发了 AI 辅助候选人筛选工具，让效率变成看得见的提升。在毕马威，我参与校招内容与雇主品牌传播，统筹了 30 余场面试的协调与反馈；在工商银行实习时，又深入了解了个贷业务与一线客户服务。这些经历让我既懂业务，也懂人。
