I am a senior supply‑chain & operations and business leader with more than 30 years of experience building and transforming supply‑chain networks for global and local businesses. My career spans the full spectrum of demand & supply planning, logistics – from traditional warehousing and international freight to last‑mile delivery and e‑commerce fulfilment – across industries such as retail, food & beverage, hospitality, proptech, and quick commerce. As VP of Supply Chain at Getir, I oversee end‑to‑end supply‑chain management for 9 DCs and hundreds of dark stores, ensuring the efficient delivery of ambient, chilled, and fresh products to customers. I am also accountable for demand and supply planning and supplier management, negotiating service levels, and building partnerships that balance service quality with cost efficiency. Throughout my career, I have managed sizable P&Ls and delivered commercial results by aligning supply‑chain operations with broader business objectives. Previously, as VP of Design & Supply Chain at Blueground, I built a global sourcing and logistics function serving 26 cities in 15 countries, managing supplier relationships across Eastern Europe, Asia, Turkey, and Latin America. This involved designing new products and furnishing solutions, establishing strategic sourcing hubs, and optimising transportation flows to support a rapidly scaling business. Entrepreneurship is a core part of who I am. In 2024, I co‑founded Parfum Le Dance, a niche perfume retailer. From ideation through launch, I developed the business case, tested the MVP, sourced unique fragrances, secured funding, negotiated lease agreements, and now oversee the commercial strategy for our retail store and online platform. I thrive on building and mentoring diverse teams (1,000+ FTEs), managing operational KPIs, and delivering transformative projects that drive growth and efficiency. My sourcing and commercial acumen, coupled with a passion for innovation, enable me to bridge strategic vision with operational reality. Outside of work, I am an elected vice president of Fenerbahçe’s High Council and a long‑time member of the Turkish Rowing Federation. I continue to compete as a master athlete at Kingston Rowing Club and support sporting and community causes.
