Kim Wagner is an experienced Human Resources executive with a career spanning over two decades. With an exceptional track record of driving organizational success through strategic HR leadership, Kim has demonstrated a unique ability to drive people initiatives, from SaaS start-ups to established enterprises. As a pivotal member of the early team at FreeMarkets (now SAP Ariba), Kim embarked on a transformative journey that saw the company evolve from its early stage, with just 100 employees, into a global force, employing over 1600 professionals during her impactful 10-year tenure. Following this, Kim grew her career and ultimately assumed the helm of global HR for a prominent private, high-tech SaaS and manufacturing organization, Industrial Scientific (now part of Fortive), where she spent nearly a decade spearheading HR initiatives for over 700 employees worldwide that enabled the company to achieve operational excellence, workforce scalability and a reputation as an employer of choice. At TeleTracking, a leading Healthcare SaaS enterprise, Kim implemented process improvement for a rapidly growing talent acquisition team and served again as a critical, strategic partner.
