šµ Hey I'm Paz. I quit my full-time Community Manager job in 2022 to dedicate my life to building impactful communities. As Co-Founder @ The Community Collective, we started as a meetup with 17 people in Melbourne in 2021. Afterwards, it went viral growing into a 15.8k+ audience and 700+ community across 18 countries. Whoops!
š Today through our 8-week Community Cohort program we've supported 280+ businesses to design community strategies through, including Canva, Google, Founders Factory Africa, Airtree, University of Melbourne, RMIT and Startup Grind.
š¤ Previously I held Community Manager roles at Australiaās largest founder community, The Startup Network, local co-working space Happy Spaces, ran 10 x university accelerator programs at RMIT Activator, and supported Asylum Seeker women at not-for-profit SisterWorks.
š¤ Iāve spoken on stages around the world, including SXSW Sydney, _SOUTHSTART Adelaide, CMX Summit San Francisco, and the Community-Led World Summit London.
