Daniel Gutierrez

Daniel is the Founder and CEO of AllView Real Estate, a full-service real estate brokerage, investment, and property management company serving all of Southern California.Daniel's real estate journey began with personal investments, where he specialized in locating and acquiring undervalued, distressed, and underperforming properties. He would renovate, rent, and manage these properties across Southern California and Nevada. Today, Daniel focuses on assisting investors in identifying, managing, and optimizing the returns on their real estate investments throughout Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, and Riverside counties.In addition to his work with clients, Daniel continues to take a hands-on approach in growing his personal portfolio, which includes multi-family, single-family, and commercial real estate properties.Daniel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, with concentrations in Real Estate and Finance. He is also a licensed California real estate agent and earned undergraduate degrees in Business Administration, Economics, and Spanish from the University of Oregon.Before founding AllView Real Estate, Daniel built extensive experience managing companies in the private equity and healthcare industries, where he led the acquisition and turnaround of underperforming businesses and assets.
